Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everything you do with Loke AI, operated by Loke AI LLC. It exists to keep the platform safe and lawful. By using the Service you agree to follow it.
You are responsible for what you generate
You - not Loke AI - are solely responsible for the prompts you enter, the material you upload, and everything you create, publish, or distribute with the Service. Loke AI is a creative tool; we do not pre-screen or control output and are not responsible or liable for it. You must have all rights and consents needed for your inputs and outputs, and your use must comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of any platform you publish to.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Loke AI to create, upload, generate, store, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material of any kind - zero tolerance. This includes any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor, whether real, fictional, stylized, animated, cartoon, or AI-generated, and any content that grooms, sexualizes, or endangers minors. We report apparent violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate authorities, preserve related records as required by law, and terminate accounts immediately and permanently.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual or nude depictions of a real, identifiable person created without their consent.
- Deepfakes or realistic depictions of a real person's face, likeness, or voice used to deceive, defraud, harass, or without the rights/consent required.
- Content that impersonates a real person or organisation to deceive, or that is used for fraud, scams, or phishing.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights, where you do not hold those rights.
- Hateful, harassing, or violent content that attacks or dehumanises people based on a protected characteristic (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age).
- Content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or serious violence, or that provides instructions for weapons or other serious physical harm.
- Synthetic media presented as authentic news, events, or evidence with intent to deceive; or content designed to interfere with elections, voting procedures, or census participation, including deceptive depictions of candidates or officials. Clearly labeled parody and satire of public figures is permitted where lawful.
- Content that exposes another person's private information without consent (doxxing), including home address, phone number, financial details, or identity documents.
- Content depicting or facilitating the sexual exploitation or trafficking of any person.
- Malware, spyware, phishing assets, or anything designed to compromise security or systems.
- Anything illegal under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States or the jurisdiction where you or your audience are located.
Adult content
The Service may be used to create adult or sexually explicit content only where all of the following are true: every person depicted is an adult and either fictional/AI-generated or a real adult who has given documented consent to sexual depiction; the content does not violate any other rule in this policy; and you comply with the age-verification, labeling, and distribution rules of any platform where you publish it. Adult content may never depict minors (real or fictional), real identifiable people without consent, or non-consensual scenarios presented as real.
Platform and disclosure rules
When you publish to a connected platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit), you must follow that platform's own rules, including any requirement to label AI-generated or synthetic media. You are responsible for applying the correct labels and disclosures.
No abuse of the Service
Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or gem accounting; do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; and do not resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, withhold refunds, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement. We may act with or without prior notice. To report a violation, email support@lokeai.io.
Appeals. If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing support@lokeai.io within 14 days with your account email and a brief explanation. We review appeals in good faith but our decision is final.
