This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It is written to comply with the FTC Act, the EU/UK GDPR, and the California CCPA/CPRA.

To create the images, video, and audio you request, your prompts and any reference images are transmitted to third-party AI generation providers that run the models on our behalf. We send only what is needed to fulfil your request, and reference images are passed as short-lived signed links. These providers process the content to return your output; their use of inputs is governed by their own terms.

We disclose personal information to law enforcement or other authorities when legally compelled (for example, by subpoena or court order), and then only the specific records required. In addition, we may disclose information voluntarily where we believe in good faith it is necessary to: report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required or permitted by law; prevent imminent harm to a person; or protect the security and integrity of the Service. We preserve records related to such reports as required by law.
We use a small number of first-party cookies: a session token (saas_token) to keep you signed in, and a device identifier (lk_dev) to prevent abuse of the welcome bonus. We use first-party analytics to count visits; we do not embed third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You own the prompts you write and the outputs you generate, subject to your responsibilities under our Terms of Service. We hold a limited licence to store, render, and display your content back to you and to publish it to platforms you explicitly connect. You can export or delete your content at any time from the dashboard.
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interests (security, abuse-prevention, product improvement), your consent (where requested, e.g. marketing or analytics), and compliance with law. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing - and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information. The only "sensitive personal information" we handle is your account login credentials, which we use solely to provide and secure your account (a permitted purpose), and we do not use or disclose it for any other purpose.
To exercise any right, use the in-app controls (Settings → Account → Export or Delete) or email support@lokeai.io. We verify requests against your account email and respond within the timeframe required by law.
We retain account, content, and billing records while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, or by emailing us. Deletion permanently removes your account, files, and database records within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax and payment receipts, and records related to legal or safety reports). Short-term operational and analytics logs age out on a rolling basis.
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted social tokens, signed time-limited media links, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you of a breach as required by law.
Loke AI is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service, and the Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, email us and we will delete the account.
Loke AI is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal data from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where applicable) with our sub-processors, alongside technical measures like encryption in transit and at rest. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.
If we change this policy materially, we will post the new version here and notify active users by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
